Elate Staffing Solutions Ltd. is a UK recruitment agency working in industrial, technical and engineering, and commercial hiring. Their lead generation and qualification were almost entirely manual, so replies sat for days and good prospects went cold.
The system
We pulled HR and hiring managers in Elate's sectors from LinkedIn and Apollo, then used a setup that watches job postings so each email could reference a role the company was actually trying to fill. Campaigns ran through Instantly on weekdays between 7am and 7pm.
We set up SPF, DKIM and DMARC on the sending domains, which kept messages out of spam folders. Replies landed in ClickUp, tagged as interested, not interested or intake, and the team got a notification the moment someone responded.
Result
Elate made 20 placements in 55 days. Response times dropped from days to hours, and lead conversion rose by about half compared with their old manual process.
